What You'll Do: Manage and take over an established book of business, focusing on individual taxation with experience in trusts & estates. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, fiduciaries, partnerships, and S corporations. Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring ultra-responsive service. Assist in managing and coaching professional tax staff. Review returns prepared by associates and seniors. Delegate responsibilities effectively and monitor engagement team efforts. Utilize technology to improve work processes and research complex tax issues, applying and communicating findings. What We Need: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA license required. 7+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or a family office tax group. Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements.
