Your role as the AR & Collections Specialist: Manage Accounts: Oversee assigned accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize overdue balances. Collections: Actively work with clients to resolve outstanding invoices, offering payment solutions and improving cash flow. Billing Accuracy: Process and apply payments accurately, maintaining a seamless invoicing system. Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and other departments to resolve issues and improve payment processes. Ideal background for the AR & Collections Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required. 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections. Experience with ERP systems and Excel is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
