Overview of the Accounts Payable role: Enter and process invoices, verify invoice approvals Reconcile general ledger accounts at month-end Investigate discrepancies, communicate with vendors and employees to resolve discrepancies Ensure accuracy of all processed invoices Perform weekly check runs Act as back-up to Accounts Receivable Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, OR 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable Proficient in Microsoft Excel High level of organization and strong attention to detail Excellent data entry and communication skills Positive and team-oriented attitude! 100% On Site Click here to apply online
