Job Title: Part-Time AP Coordinator Location: Grand Rapids, MI Hours: Part-time: 24 hours/week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Flexible schedule: 8 AM-5 PM or 7:30 AM-4 PM Compensation: $20-25 per hour Responsibilities: Monitor the AP inbox, send invoices internally for approval. Key invoices and code them (75-150 invoices/day during peak times). Run checks and select invoices for payment: Process payments twice weekly (checks and ACH). Requirements: 6-12 months of Accounts Payable experience (preferably at a medium to large company). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations. Familiarity with Sage Intaact software. Experience handling high-volume transactions. A degree in a relevant field is a plus.
