The Team
Product Design Strategy is an internal innovation group which partners with business units across Fidelity. We bring expertise in design research, strategic innovation, ideation, and UX design to create new products and solutions for our clients and prospects. We tackle early-stage opportunity areas such as how to help teens build their confidence in saving, spending, and investing and improve customer experiences using human-centered design and business analysis. This group formed at Fidelity in 2005 and has strong executive support; our projects often read out to the CEO and Chairman of Fidelity Investments.
At Fidelity, you will have the chance to work with teammates from leading schools and design firms. Team members say they love working here because they can sink their teeth into tricky problems, have work/life balance, and continue to hone their craft in a collaborative and supportive environment.
