Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in implementing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools.
  • Assist in writing and editing content for blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM and marketing databases.
  • Perform administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and handling vendor communications.

Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, or social media scheduling platforms.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
