Description
At Call Box, we created a first-of-its-kind call tracking software that is currently used by over 100,000 businesses with technology unmatched by our competitors. We produce all marketing campaigns internally, with a cross-functional team of Marketing Specialists, Product Marketing Managers, Digital Marketing Managers, Sales Development Reps, and Graphic Designers. Our campaigns work to increase awareness of our brands, tell our user success stories, generate leads for the sales team, engage current users, and convey new product enhancements.
Our team is focused on growing revenue from our current client base as well as sourcing and engaging new prospects through trade shows, content marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, external media, and email automation.
As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be assisting our lean team of marketing professionals with a wide range of projects including webinars, mail campaigns, event coordination, content writing and creation, email nurture campaigns, social media campaigns, and more. You'll report to the Assistant Marketing Manager but will have regular exposure to the Senior Director of Marketing, EVP of Marketing and Product, and our executive leadership team. Our Dallas office is located in The Shops of Park Lane, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.

Responsibilities Include:
- Create campaign-specific content for emails, webinars, and eBooks, as well as revamp existing content.
- Write press releases, case studies, client testimonials, industry articles, blog posts, web page content, and social media content to engage current clients and attract prospective clients.
- Assist in planning and successfully executing all industry trade shows and conferences.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to bolster brand awareness and generate interest from our prospective clients.
- Frequently analyze campaign outcomes to check on status, identify trends and ways to improve strategic performance, and be on the lookout for ways to push leads along in the sales process.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Executives to target specific accounts in their territories.
Requirements

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiar with email automation software, such as ActiveCampaign.
- Experience with Monday.com, Zoom Info, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or Zoom Webinars is a plus.
- Prior experience in marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or similar field.
