Position: Marketing Assistant
Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Website Updates: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website to ensure current and accurate information is available to our audience.
  • Home Shows: Represent TFS at home shows, engaging with potential clients and promoting our services.
  • Content Shooting: Capture high-quality photos and videos at job sites to showcase our projects and successes.
  • Job Site Visits: Travel to job sites as needed to gather content and support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Ideal for new graduates looking to kick-start their marketing career.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
    • Basic knowledge of website management

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience
