Our travel client is looking for an Email Marketing Manager with a focus on strategy and analytics to join their team This is a a full time, direct hire opportunity that requires onsite, hybrid work 3x/ week in their Seattle office. In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading the strategy and development email campaign calendars in collaboration with Integrated Marketing teams and adjusting to accommodate new business needs in collaboration with Revenue Management. Supervising a team of 2 or more campaign specialists on the creation and implementation of campaigns while working closely with integrated marketing and creative services teams to bring content to life Leading analytics reporting and discussion, including the generation of CRM reports The ideal candidate will have: 6 years of marketing experience (ideally with a focus in email marketing and integrated campaigns) Experience managing direct reports Email campaign strategy and analytics experience Experience with email CRM platforms such as Responsys, Salesforce, Klaviyo or others Experience developing reporting and analytics for marketing campaigns Travel and/ or hospitality background is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
