We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in affiliate and referral marketing, as well as experience in migrating to new CRM and ESP systems. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of managing small teams, reporting key marketing metrics to the CEO, and overseeing B2C sales promotions in an multichannel manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including affiliate and referral marketing, and migration to new CRM and ESP systems.
• Report marketing metrics to the CEO.
• Determine success of digital advertising campaigns, focusing on Google and Facebook Ads.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute direct response marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee the creation and execution of effective email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing staff, and external agencies and consultants to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience Hiring and Managing Marketing Coordinators and Consultants 
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and data analysis tools.
• Experience in managing B2C sales promotions in an multichannel way.
• Experience in migrating to new CRM and ESP systems.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, as well as principles of direct response copywriting.
• Experience managing small teams and reporting key marketing metrics to senior management.
