Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and organized Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team as a contractor or temporary employee. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms to promote Punchcut’s design and innovation services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media, email outreach, and marketing production, coupled with a passion for design thinking and innovation.
CORE RESPONSIBILTIES:
Social Media Publishing & Monitoring
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others relevant to our industry.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community relationships.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics for social media campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Email Outreach Campaigns
- Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients and partners.
- Personalize outreach for segmented audiences, utilizing email marketing tools like HubSpot.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion data to refine future campaigns.
Advertising Production and Management
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and produce digital advertisements for platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other targeted industry platforms.
- Ensure all advertising creatives align with Punchcut’s brand voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Newsletter Development & Production
- Work with the marketing and design teams to create, curate, and publish monthly or quarterly newsletters.
- Showcase recent projects, company news, industry insights, and thought leadership in a visually appealing and reader-friendly format.
Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept development to post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as design, product, and leadership to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
- Maintain project timelines, manage resources, and ensure the timely execution of campaign deliverables.
Graphic Design and Technical Production
- Assist in the design and production of marketing assets, including presentations, white papers, and templates.
- Work with the design team to ensure high-quality visuals that align with Punchcut’s branding guidelines.
- Provide technical support on marketing tools and platforms, ensuring all content is correctly formatted and optimized for digital distribution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing outreach roles, preferably within the design, innovation, or tech industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in email marketing tools (Hubspot, etc.), social media management platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.
- Proficient in presentation tools, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and technical production
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Experience with video editing or animation tools
- Prior work experience with Design, Ad, Communications or PR agencies is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation software.
- Interest in human-centered design, emerging technologies and innovation
COMPENSATION:
The pay range for this role is $60-85 hour, contract.
