Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Greet and consult customers on service needs
- Provide excellent, prompt, courteous, and effective customer service
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet departments sale forecast
- Perform vehicle walk around inspection
- Sell and up sell services by emphasizing value
- Keep customers updated on services, service expenses, and possible charges
- Field all lives service calls
- Minimum one year service writing experience
- Must have computer proficiency.
