About the Opportunity:

In this role you will lead, project manage, and execute multiple marketing work-streams for new market launches, travel the world to build our brand and drive growth, work hyper-cross functionally, and most importantly, be resourceful in getting things made at a high creative standard. You will work with internal and external partners across departments on multiple projects at any one time. You are naturally organized, thrive in chaos, and take extreme ownership.

Role responsibilities include:
  • Initiate, drive, and project manage launch marketing activities for new market entries (i.e., OOH, performance marketing, landing pages, video, content creators/influencers, co-branding partnerships, creative, printed materials, launch events)
  • Standardize look & feel and experience in new Worldcoin locations
  • Coordinate creatives, copy and translation requirements for printed materials
  • Finding solutions and options for getting ideas made - from finding the right partner, to figuring out the best internal process to get things done fast (e.g., product, legal, comms, privacy, finance)
  • Partnering with all departments to help drive excitement, awareness, and growth for the Worldcoin project
  • Report into the Global Marketing team for brand and marketing alignment and execute with the Launch team on a daily basis
  • Work with Regional Management and local marketing managers to be proactive in understanding local needs and helping to drive or support local marketing initiatives
  • Develop (and contribute to) a deep understanding the brand, and the thinking, work, and actions that will help elevate the brand in everything we do
About You:
  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience. You have succeeded in high-performance operations, business development, marketing or sales roles before.
  • You are ready and excited to travel. You have experience living and working abroad, and are able to spend 50-75% of your time on the road to drive growth globally.
  • You're scrappy. You enjoy working as part of a fast-moving, dynamic team and are willing to contribute wherever needed to make an impact.
  • You have strong cross-cultural competency. You are able to communicate and do business across different cultures and countries and have experience working in cross-cultural environments.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills. You are able to manage and nurture high-performing relationships both internal and external. You know that no two people are the same and are able to mediate and resolve conflicts.
  • You're innovative. You love coming up with solutions to unconventional problems and taking action.

Bonus skills (any of the following are helpful but not mandatory):
  • Managing website design and development cycles
  • Light copywriting or translations management experience for website, materials, and advertisements
  • Video editing or animation skills
  • Vendor management (e.g., animators, production freelancers, etc.)
  • Graphic design experience
  • Knowledge of the Web3/cryptocurrency industry

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $130,000 - $140,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
