This role offers a competitive base salary and commission opportunities with a year-end wage of around $65,000 - $110,000. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and ongoing support
- Conduct follow-ups, referrals, and networking to generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Engage in cold calling and telephone prospecting to expand client base
- Deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients
- Handle objections professionally and work to retain client accounts
- Educate and advise clients on appropriate coverage options and policy benefits
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales
- Active Florida Insurance License
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Professional office and phone etiquette
