Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager for Casa do Brasil (3 locations – 4th location in progress) and Casa Mangiare. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing marketing data.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal product listings and customer engagement.
• Oversee print advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with product management teams to launch new products successfully.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for maximum ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within e-commerce or retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with print advertising techniques and best practices.
• Excellent skills in content creation across various platforms.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to marketing initiatives.
• Experience in computer graphics.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is required.
