About the Position:
As a Senior Manager at Apple, you will play a critical role in guiding and inspiring other leaders to achieve top performance from their teams. You will be responsible for monitoring multiple lines of business within the store to achieve operational objectives and collaborate with corporate business partners to report results. You will need to be knowledgeable about the industry and keep up to date about competitors and trends in order to stay ahead.

Maintain knowledge about the industry and staying up to date on competitors and trends
Lead the sales and customer support teams by example, finding solutions to create and maintain a high level of customer focus
Coach and encourage staff with clear communications to foster growth in their careers
Develop strong relationships across teams and with customers, creating an environment that enhances loyalty for Apple products and services
Qualifications:
Experience as a Senior Manager or in a similar leadership position
Knowledgeable about the industry and competitors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and inspire others to perform at their best
Proven track record of creating and maintaining a high level of customer focus
Experience in coaching and encouraging staff to foster growth
Ability to develop strong relationships across teams and with customers
Dedication to enhancing loyalty for Apple products and services
