Shift/Hours: 1st Shift ( 8-9am to 4-5pm) / 40hrs

Description:
Remote role and need worker to hit the ground running with little training. 3 month assignment with possible extension.
Remote position for US IDS Specimen Management to assist regional Marketing Department with all aspects of backorder management, including, but not limited to:
1) Weekly Backorder Reporting
2) Creation and Circulation of Customer Letters re: backordered products
3) Sales Force, Supply Chain, and Customer Service Liaison re: customer order inquiries and substitute products
4) Emergency escalation allocation and portal maintenance
5) Tracking global allocation quantities vs. projected allocations
