Compliance Manager.
You will manage the architectural and engineering design processes to conform to professional industry standards.
Reviews/creates in-house technical designs for non-Design-Build projectsResponsible for developing third party/consultant contract task order scope of works with associated estimatesResponsible for managing third party/consultant contract task order scope of work to develop required technical documents for Design-Build/Non-Design Build projectsResponsible for monitoring and/or auditing third-party technical design and engineering activities for compliance with the contract's requirementsProvides continuous design oversight throughout the entire project lifecycleManages and allocates design review team members to project schedules/milestonesActs as technical authority & governanceJob Requirements
Details:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction or project management, transportation, or a related fieldMust have a minimum of five (5) years of related experienceProfessional Engineer or Registered Architect license is requiredMust have focus and ability to deliver on results, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvementMust possess excellent team building, listening, problem-solving, and prioritization skillsProficient computer skills (i.e., Windows environment, Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.) and strong business administrative skills (i.e., presentations, report and letter writing, time management, etc.)
