Job Summary:We are looking for an outstanding, well-rounded Marketing Manager to join our strong-minded, driven organization. The Marketing Manager manages marketing, advertising, and promotional projects, and evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement marketing plan alterations as needed. The Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining marketing strategies to meet company objectives for promotions, events, and new store openings.
Duties and Responsibilities:Managing all marketing for the company and all of its brands and activities within the marketing department, under the supervision of the Director of MarketingAssist in the developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectivesManage events from start to finishPlan and develop LTOs each monthCreation and publication of all marketing material including print and digital in line with marketing plans.Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.Working closely with design teams and assisting with new product launches.Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channelsQualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing and promotion,
experience with food and beverage brands preferred.Strong project management skills a mustUnderstanding of digital and direct response marketingFamiliarity with online content marketing and social media development strategiesCompetence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pagesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinkingExcellent communication and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Ability to travel as necessaryAbility to work varied scheduling, including some evenings and weekendsSitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 15 lbs.Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background checkProof of eligibility to work in the United States.Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
