Basically free $ Check out a day in the life at Criteo! Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Business Development on Criteo’s Sponsored Products solution. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the performance marketing digital industry. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced media and technology professional to join the world’s leading performance display advertising company. This individual will be asked to use their analytical skills and creativity to structure creative publisher deals impacting our largest region, provide a strategic plan for going bigger with partners, help drive deeper partnerships, and interact with senior executives at some of the e-commerce world’s leading companies. What will you be doing? This involves growing a large existing book of e-commerce retail business, getting further up within organizations and into executive decision makers, pitching the continued benefits of Criteo as a monetization partner, and leveraging data to negotiate complex, large-scale relationships and up-sell opportunities. Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with leading retail ecommerce players in North America Lead contractual and integration discussions with the client commercial, technical and legal teams Manage existing relationships ensure client retention / satisfaction and grow inventory and yield Run thoughtful, data driven Quarterly Business Reviews Hit quarterly activation

and growth targets Persevere, think big picture work for mutually beneficial technology integration. Play an ongoing role as a builder of the Criteo brand and community What do we NEED? 5+ years digital media experience, ideally highly familiar with online performance business and/or ecommerce Strong track record of driving new business Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency Passionate about new media and how Criteo can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry Understand the local and international media landscape and Criteo’s position in it Demonstrable knowledge of the online advertising industry Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic small team environment Ability to work in a fast moving company and industry People management experience strongly preferred A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed Criteo, the global leader in scalable personalized retargeting solutions, is growing their U.S. Operation and looking for aggressive and motivated professionals with varying levels of experience to be an integral part of our continued success.
