Primary Responsibilities
Provide sales and marketing administration including referral source follow-up and database managementCoordinate all public relations programs including sales and marketing events, CE classes, and networkingMaintain key account target list and provide research and ensure crucial deadlines are metComplete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparationPosition Requirements
Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of current business software technologies (ex. Microsoft Office® applications) is requiredExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailAssociate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience is a plusAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours
40 hours/week, flexible to work nights & weekends for events, etc. when required, typically varying between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
