Calculated monthly commission and incentives of sales representatives and managers.
Analyzed and reconciled data (services and products sold) from sales of employees and managers.
Analyzed and validated customer, product, and pricing data for completeness and accuracy.
Respond to requests complaints from sales representatives.
Updated monthly hierarchies of sales representatives and supervisors.
Performed various reports related to the commissions department.
Performed biweekly commissions pay file(payments) of the different internal groups.
Attended weekly meetings related to the commissions department.
Analyzed and implemented monthly incentive and commission structures.
Created templates for commission and incentive calculations sheets.
Special projects and duties as assigned.
Assisted in the completion of the monthly Commissions Accrual.
Communicated continuously with the directors and managers of internal group
