As a Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the digital marketing reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you will align digital strategies with marketing objectives and our goals, growing organic traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will shape the digital consumer journey with solutions and data-driven insights. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Analyze digital performance metrics, providing regular reporting on engagement and conversion, and recommending website optimizations based on insights. Oversee digital tagging and tracking processes to ensure comprehensive performance measurement. Support personalization efforts by managing targeted content and scaling digital experiences. Collaborate with Digital Product and Content teams to address brand functionality needs and develop innovative solutions. Stay updated on digital trends, recommending new technologies to elevate Hilton’s digital presence. How you will collaborate with others: Collaborate with Enterprise, Brand, and Regional Marketing to ensure cohesive multi-channel integration that enhances the user journey and drives conversions. What projects you will take ownership of\: Lead the creation of content landing pages, advocating for intuitive user experiences and aligning cross-functional teams. WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications: Three (3) years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or Web Merchandising. Two (2) years of experience executing content strategies on the web. Familiarity in web analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation (Adobe Analytics or similar). Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and travel industry trends. Experience using data and analytics to understand consumer behavior and engagement. Experience managing complex marketing campaigns Hybrid work schedule from McLean, VA or Addison, TX (3 days/ week in office) It would be useful if you have: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and experience with dashboard creation. Experience with user stories and digital journey mapping.
