KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Strategy: Partner with the director to develop and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy for TikTok and IG Reels that aligns with our brand’s values and objectives. Continuously evaluate and adapt the strategy to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
- Content Creation: Brainstorm and generate content ideas for TikTok and IG Reels. Capture content first-hand and/or work with internal and external production partners to establish a pipeline of social video content.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize our presence on TikTok and partner with another social media manager on Instagram. Stay up to date with platform updates and trends to maximize engagement.
- Audience Engagement: Foster and nurture relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback promptly. Encourage user-generated content and meaningful interactions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar that ensures a consistent and cohesive brand presence across TikTok and Instagram.
- Trend Spotting: Stay current with influencer marketing trends to identify opportunities for innovative content and marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS

- You are a compelling storyteller; a strong collaborator; and interested in influencer marketing.
- You have a strong understanding of content creators and social media trends.
- You have experience creating content for TikTok.
- You have strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- You are a self-starter and creative problem solver.
- You bring a positive attitude to any challenge.
- You are interested in expanding your skillset to include content marketing and the management of a blog.
- You have experience creating content at an agency or brand.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
