We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions and ensuring the company's continued success. Director of Finance Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage cash flow, risk management, and financial controls. Lead a team of finance professionals and provide mentorship and development opportunities. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. Preferred Qualifications of the Director of Finance: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of success. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
