- This person will be working in the Queens and Brooklyn area with 5 schools

Role Responsibilities- Manager of Employee Relations
- Providing guidance on employment relations functions for 5 schools including investigations, and talent management issues
- Managing HR administration, employment verifications, case management
- Advising schools in conflicting resolutions, performance improvement plans, and other employee related items
- Working with ADP Workforce now
Preferred Qualifications- Manager of Employee Relations
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to commute to 5 schools (train or car)
- Knowledge in ADP Work Force
