Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Lagrange, GA or hybrid
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: $75,000-90,000
Position Summary Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for a range of marketing duties related to the daily operation of the Marketing Department. Responsibilities include developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across various channels. Role will leverage HubSpot's marketing automation platform, SEO, email marketing, social media, and website management to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, email campaigns, and customer segmentation in HubSpot Optimize automation processes to improve conversion rates and customer retention Help maintain websites and support SEM strategies to drive traffic Work closely with developers and design teams to implement website updates, landing pages, and other digital assets Execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, A/B testing, and performance analysis Manage social media accounts and implement paid and organic social media strategies Coordinate with outside vendors including HubSpot Track and report on digital marketing efforts including lead generation and website performance Additional marketing tasks as assigned Up to 15% travel required Qualifications This position requires a well-organized self-starter who can work proactively with minimal supervision. The candidate must be detail-oriented, energetic, and willing to work collaboratively with a team to achieve team and company goals.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience in B2B environment Highly organized, self-starter who can work proactively with minimal supervision Detail-oriented and willing to work collaboratively with a team to achieve team and company goals Sound understanding of marketing principles Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Effective project management skills Experience working in a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot, to manage lead flow Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and other reporting tools. Experience managing company social media accounts Experience managing paid search and social Google Ads certification and Google Analytics certification preferred Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint Compensation & Benefits Come grow with us!
