About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead the strategic vision of our data offerings and their impact to our industry, as we build the next age of measurement products. Reporting to the SVP, Business Marketing, this role will support the expansion of our products beyond insights, programmatic media and measurement; and your digital media expertise, strategic mindset and relationship building skills, will be the key foundation to help our customer base scale within Attain's key monetization pillars.
This role will embody the core functions of product marketing including creating compelling value propositions and USPs for our solutions, understanding the customer needs and positioning our products to solve for them, training and enabling the sales organization and developing compelling collateral, case studies and reasons to believe in our offerings. The ideal candidate is a customer minded growth and product marketer, cross functional collaborator, and well versed in taking products from ideation to launch.
This position will require candidates to be based out our our Chicago, IL office or New York, NY office.
What a typical week might look like
- Product Marketing: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy and positioning for new products, partnerships, programs and feature releases.
- Owning and developing value propositions for product solutions
- Being the go-between for product, marketing and sales on upcoming releases and existing materials
- Owning the project management of GTM processes and follow up with cross functional teams for input and alignment
- Owning writing, developing and producing sales collateral inclusive of one-sheets, pitch decks, FAQs, and all other relevant materials for launch
- Facilitating the coordination of a product feedback loop between sales, marketing and product teams
- Collaborating with the Product Management team to develop product roadmaps aligned with market demands
- Sales Enablement: Partner with the growing sales organization to create compelling collateral to support their needs.
- Craft clear and compelling messaging that effectively communicates how our products help drive outcomes for advertisers
- Training sales team on new product launches on commercial value
- Objection handling and FAQs
- Competitor analysis to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features
- POV on industry trends and product positioning in light of new emerging trends
- Owning the feedback loop for sales requests and creating/owning the process for intake and execution of sales related tasks
- Partner Marketing: Partner closely with the Channel Partnerships team to ensure our partnerships are successful (e.g. incentive plans, sales collateral, training)
- Marketing Leadership: As a leader on the Marketing team you will ideate and create engaging content for various channels and events.
- Contributing to writing website copy, white papers, blog posts, social media updates, and email marketing / newsletter content
- Owning the PMM calendar to ensure communication channels are updated for cross functional team alignment
- Partnering with events to deliver GTM plans that align with key event-related activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in product marketing roles within the adtech industry, preferably at startups and with stakeholders at a variety of levels, focused on data-driven advertising
- Proven leadership abilities and 4+ years experience managing a team
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of adtech platforms, digital advertising trends, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated experience influencing the product roadmap, developing compelling messaging, and creating marketing content
- Experience managing and enabling partnerships that drive revenue
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
