Qualifications

Responsibilities
- This is a highly visible role that will part of a team responsible for delivering compelling enterprise messaging, use cases, personas, offers, pricing, sales plays, go-to-market strategy, and more.
- Craft compelling Gen AI thought leadership for enterprises, including whitepapers, blog posts, and other high impact content.
- Engage in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Adobe Firefly, our pioneering Gen AI product.
- Function as the window to the market, gathering market requirements, intelligence and customer insights to influence current and future capabilities.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend enterprise marketing opportunities aligned with Firefly’s business strategy.
- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for Firefly, creating powerful messages and showcasing the benefits and capabilities of GenAI at Adobe.
- Engage with industry analysts and innovators to establish Adobe’s leadership in the Gen AI space and stay abreast of constantly evolving trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive critical initiatives, increase market awareness, accelerate growth, and enterprise-wide adoption.
Benefits
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,200 -- $236,600 annually.
- At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
- Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
- In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
