The Position:
We are currently seeking a Campaign Manager, Advertising Support Operations to join our roster and play a pivotal role on the Digital Ad Ops Team. Reporting to the Director, Technical Advertising Operations, the Campaign Manager is a highly capable data enthusiast that manages the technical aspects of day-to-day campaign management. In this role, you will use logic and strategic thinking skills to navigate advertising operational workflows to ensure campaigns are set up and delivered for success after launch. Additionally, you will work with collaborate with the Operations and Revenue teams to provide strategic feedback and insight to help meet client goals and delivery.

This role is remote-friendly.

The Game Plan:
(What you will do)
  • Monitor the scheduling, pacing, and implementation of all advertising campaigns to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and full delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide campaign pacing trends to help support the inventory and yield management process.
  • Work with sales/trafficking team to confirm the setup of campaigns post launch (creative trafficking, testing, tag management, ad server campaign setup, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Lead in advanced post-campaign reporting, identifying trends and making recommendations for future opportunities.
  • Effectively troubleshoot campaign performance issues and/or third-party data discrepancies.
The Stats:
(What to bring)
  • 2-5 years of work experience in digital advertising, trafficking, campaign management, or ad operations role.
  • Experience trafficking and managing Display, Mobile, and Video Ad campaigns.
  • Experience using GAM/GAM 360.
  • Experience with ad serving platforms and/or Exchange/DSP ad serving environments. (SpringServe, Spotx, Magnite, Xandr etc.)
  • Understanding of online ad serving concepts and KPIs (CPM/CPA/CPC/Viewability.)
  • Experience with trafficking and troubleshooting third-party ad tags i.e., Double-Click, Sizmek, Flashtalking, JavaScript, Innovid etc.
  • Strong knowledge of how CTV, Mobile, Desktop ads work.
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/JS
  • Familiarity with web troubleshooting tools such as Firebug, Charles, Chrome/Safari Inspector or Web Developer Tools.
  • Experience with Operative One.
