Minimum Qualifications
- Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related occupation
- Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following skills and technologies:
- Influencing and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns
- A/B testing, and lift measurement
Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market by planning, executing, and scaling marketing campaigns for products and best practices that benefit small business advertisers across Meta’s platforms
- Develop strategies for engaging small business advertisers to support, increase product adoption and surface upsell opportunities
- Manage and optimize channels such as email, Meta ads, onsite placements, SEM, content marketing, digital video, print collateral, influencer/partnerships, to drive performance
- Generate break-through analytical insights to determine marketing strategy, and to drive significant response improvement and efficiency
- Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of response and value
- Analyze and communicate results in order to rapidly scale successful programs and learnings
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product and product marketing, creative and data science teams
- Work closely with sales and product teams to develop a cohesive content and lifecycle strategy for managed clients
- Partnering with sales or product teams to deliver marketing campaigns to businesses or consumers

- $181,300/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
