Join our Adobe Photography Product Marketing team as an experienced consumer, mobile product marketer. Work with cross-functional teams to define strategies for accelerating growth of Adobe Lightroom on mobile. Assess new opportunities, develop a compelling market story, and drive go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop annual go-to-market and marketing strategies for our mobile business, leading cross-functionally to drive growth.
  • Build product positioning and messaging that has a meaningful impact on driving familiarity, consideration, and action from our customers and prospects.
  • Develop target customer personas by bringing together research insights to improve the customer experience for our organization.
  • Evaluate new monetization opportunities and recommend pricing and packaging approach.
  • Develop market and customer insights leading field research with our teams and championing insights and resulting strategy across the organization to influence product prioritization and roadmaps.
  • Lead major company initiatives that deliver strong financial results and influence our go to market (GTM) motions across the customer journey.
  • Build feedback loops on our key initiatives, incorporating honest and accurate measures of success and failure that drive improvement throughout our marketing and product operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • BA/BS preferred OR 10+ years of product and marketing experience in consumer mobile apps.
  • You have a distinctive track record of impact in marketing and strategy decisions based on your recommendations. You can anticipate market needs and trends, how they manifest in product needs, and predict challenges that influence the product direction. Have cultivated positive relationships with key teams including Product Management, Research, Business Strategy, Finance and Campaign Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of mobile marketing. You possess a strong grasp of the mobile product marketing toolkit, including market measurement, competition analysis, target audience definition, and business monetization.
  • Customer empathy. You are customer first and go deep to understand the customers across a wide range of segments and personas.
  • Strong storyteller and communicator. Able to effectively communicate complex issues to senior executives, technical leaders, and marketers using compelling evidence.
  • Bring innovative and creative thinking to build the future. You challenge the status quo to drive our team and cross-functional partners in solving problems and pursuing new opportunities with fresh ideas. Use a systematic approach to improve confidence in new strategies and incorporate acquired knowledge along the way.
  • Achieves results using data analysis and recommendations. Collaborates with market researchers, product managers, and sales leaders to validate ideas and adapt plans based on new information.
  • Passion for photography, creativity and empowering the creator in all of us!
  • Successful in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and implement actions to address critical business issues.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams to launch high-impact business initiatives.
  • Global cultural awareness and experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 25-50% travel.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $246,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
