has partnered with an innovative, fast-growing consumer electronics, wellness, and novelty kitchen products company. Our client is looking for a talented Video Editor/videographer to edit/shoot live footage and images for e-comm listings, product promo videos, how-to videos multimedia (audio/video). This person will be working with the digital marketing/creative team and Brand Director executing on approved scripts. Videos could also expand to include promotional, e-commerce, social videos, GIFS, and sales pitch videos. Please note that applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Video Editor
Requirements: 1-3 years experience editing videos for digital outlets Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Ability to color correct and mix audio Be able to work very quickly under pressure Motion graphics experience Ability to select and use music to match the tone and style of the story Must be organized, work well in a fast-paced environment and be a team-player Can-do attitude is key Experience working in a fast-paced environment Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once. Must be able to take direction well and work under pressure. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Must have excellent time management skills with attention to detail. Must have excellent computer skills including knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Knowledge of microsoft outlook Must have a valid driver's license Must have the ability to lift fitness equipment and video equipment Must be working on premise Must be in the NYC areathis is a midtown Manhattan location Electronics, wellness, and novelty kitchen product experience a plus 3D software knowledge a plus This is an opening that could be for a few weeks to possibly a few months.
