JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Job Description Senior Lean User Experience Designer - REMOTE position Why you want to work at Flexion: Flexion is seeking a senior user experience designer with start-up experience to join an agile application development team. The work is primarily remote, but may require some client on-site work estimated at \< 10%. Most of the work we do is on large-scale systems and applications (both commercial and government)-things like designing dashboards for analyzing real-time data, consolidating eight separate search engines into a single interface, or building a case management system from the ground up. What the job looks like: As a member of a cross-functional agile development team, you\'ll partner with our clients to tackle holistic issues. You\'ll facilitate tough conversations about what clients (and their users!) really need, which isn\'t always what they want. You\'ll work to build UX thinking into everything the team does.
