Triaplex, Inc. is looking for a Radio Frequency Subject Matter Expert to join our team. This position will support a mission-focused customer during the full life-cycle development of a
Radio Frequency Processing System . Experience with RF or digital processing algorithms and frameworks is required, along with a passion and aptitude for developing systems using various programming languages.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as foremost expert of radio and signal transmission within the UHF/SHF/EHF frequency bands (300 Mhz – 300 Ghz).
Provide deep understanding of Radio Communications theory and knowledge of the unique channel characteristics and problems associated with signal propagation, attenuation, expected interference, required power for both LOS and beyond LOS transmission within various frequency bands.
Develop and enhance systems and components using C++, and to a lesser extent, Python.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information and intelligence systems discipline from an accredited college or university
At least 17 years' demonstrated relevant experience with Radio communications systems
Four years' additional relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
Two years' additional experience may be substituted for a Master's degree
Experience operating and developing in a Linux environment
TS/SCI with polygraph
