Job Overview:
Graham Tech is seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to support the development, testing, and deployment of sensitive system applications and deployment infrastructure in both lowside and highside environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable production applications for government systems and deep experience with AWS cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications and user interfaces, emphasizing cloud-based solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services using AWS technologies.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security within AWS environments.
Support the development and deployment of applications in sensitive lowside and highside environments.
Testing and Debugging:
Develop unit and integration tests and support rigorous testing processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance new and existing applications.
Documentation and Planning:
Create and maintain architecture and design documents, User Guides, Developer Guides, and Deployment Guides.
Contribute to disaster recovery documentation, planning, and implementation.
Agile Collaboration:
Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to define and implement features.
Build, estimate, and groom tickets in a scrum team setting.
Code Reviews:
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
Active TS/SCI with an FS poly security clearance is required.
5+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable production applications on sensitive government systems.
5+ years designing and developing modern user interfaces integrated with back-end services.
5+ years working with AWS Cloud technologies in sensitive US Government Cloud regions.
5+ years of development experience on sensitive government systems.
3+ years working with Docker and/or Kubernetes containers.
3+ years developing with JavaScript.
Strong understanding of AWS services and integration in sensitive cloud environments.
Proficiency with modern web technologies and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of US Government accreditation processes.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
