About The Role: Corporate Communications Coordinator We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is a skilled storyteller and enthusiastic about power and influence of social media. The Corporate Communications Coordinator is a team player who is responsible for driving Kontoor Brands' social media engagement and brand awareness on corporate channels, as well as coordinating closely with Lee and Wrangler social media and marketing teams to amplify bigger company moments. This position will serve as a leading champion of social media engagement for Kontoor employees and executives, while also providing additional internal and external communication support for Kontoor's global Corporate Communications team. As a key member of our team, the Corporate Communications Coordinator will network across various teams to mine for compelling stories, content ideas, and opportunities for strategic collaboration. The Coordinator will craft, edit, and post social media content in a variety of formats, from text and photos to video reels. The role will serve as social media subject matter expert for Kontoor Brands, providing an informed point of view that draws on experience and insights from data analytics, social listening, and emerging trends. The Coordinator will closely monitor social media and traditional news outlets to protect the company's reputation and monitor competitor activity. The successful candidate will regularly deliver reports with analysis of social media trends and metrics to monitor the performance of our online content. Key Responsibilities of this Role Media Content Production: Ideate, craft, edit and post compelling social media content for Kontoor's LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube channels. Network across global company and Lee & Wrangler brands to surface compelling stories while helping to foster a culture of strategic corporate storytelling. Shoot and edit Instagram reels and YouTube shorts. Write compelling and concise copy for social and occasional website stories. Reporting, Analysis, Monitoring and Media Management: Develop regular social media monitoring reports to measure platform growth, content performance and engagement. Monitor industry social media accounts and traditional news outlets to produce daily reports and weekly reports on headlines, story trends and high-level analysis Manage social media calendars to schedule posts and publish content across channels. Track and coordinate with Kontoor's social media influencers and ambassadors to strategically amplify content, promote a culture of social storytelling, and drive engagement. Collaborate with external agency partners on Kontoor's social media strategy and approach. Stay current on the latest digital media and social media trends and best practices. Internal Communications Support Ability to draft, edit and proofread employee-facing emails from functional partners including HR, IT and Legal Cross-post relevant social media content to Kontoor's internal intranet Maintain relationships with Employee Resources Groups (ERGs) and other internal counterparts to advise on communications/storytelling related to company culture Job Skills Knowledge and familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube platforms Experience editing videos for Instagram reels and YouTube shorts Basic photo editing skills Strong writing and proofreading skills. Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools Extremely well organized and detail oriented. A passion for storytelling, networking, and best practice social media monitoring and data analysis. Experience/Educatio n 2-3 years of experience managing and producing corporate social media with a proven track record of success driving engagement and growth Experience working at an agency and with social media/data/media analytics know-how or as a social media content producer is a plus.
