Sr. UX Researcher

Insight Global is seeking a UX Researcher for a Big 5 Banking client. You will be responsible for conducting user research and analyzing data to inform multiple product designs (specifically for Global Asset Management). You will work closely with the design team from ideation to launch in order to implement design choices that improve user experience. You will also be responsible for developing a well-crafted research plan with clear research objectives, writing usability research screeners and discussion guides, and recruiting targeted end-ufor specific research studies. You will be expected to write clear, informative reports outlining goals, methods, and results. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, and have 2-3 years of experience in UX Research.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5+ years professional experience in strictly UX Research roles Private sector experience Experience employing various qual and quant UX Research methodologies (usability testing, unmoderated, A/B, interviews, surveys etc.) End-to-end product experience, supporting designs from ideation to launch Strength in clearly presenting research, telling user stories through data, justifying ideas in cross-functional settings, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Financial and investment product experience Understanding how clients approach investments Educating investors about investing and diff types of investment products Experience working on research projects involving B2C u . Demonstrable and exemplary ability to combine analytical data and qualitative insights to inform.
