Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of multichannel ABM programs. This role is pivotal in driving personalized, targeted engagement across our key accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with 6Sense, practical knowledge of multichannel ABM campaigns, and proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and gifting platforms. The candidate will collaborate closely with sales leadership and teams to select and activate key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify, select, and activate target accounts.
  • Implement and manage 6Sense to drive predictive analytics and account engagement.
  • Execute personalized multichannel ABM campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage gifting and direct mail programs to support ABM efforts.
  • Integrate and track ABM activities in Salesforce, ensuring seamless reporting and analytics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in ABM.
  • Proven experience with 6Sense, multichannel campaigns, and gifting platforms.
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and leadership.


The compensation range reflects the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.

Salary Ranges:
$126,750.00 - $211,250.00
