What you'll do
Manage New Home Counselors (NHC's) and reporting/tracking of monthly sales Coordination/preparation of Competitive Market Analysis (CMAs) or Value Graphs for all communities regularly and as required for new community investigations and land acquisitions Contributes market insights to the vision, strategic plan and theme for each new community including the product, sales center and model homes Directs the site selection, construction, opening and closing of sales centers and model homes Coordination of sales center set-up including ordering of all layout, furniture, etc. Help develop marketing and advertising plans for existing and new communities to include: signage, print materials, website, social media, etc Work with Ad Agency that will help support marketing efforts Maintaining, updating and coordinating divisional aspects of the company website Coordinate on-going maintenance and upkeep of all sales centers and models with assistance from Sales staff Prepare, update and keep current any monthly reports (e.g. Traffic, Marketing Efforts, Customer Demographic Survey information, Lead Analysis, etc.) Stays current on industry trends by attending seminars, reading industry periodicals, talking with consultants and staying involved with industry associations and event Perform other related duties as assigned What you bring
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field Real Estate License - required 10+ years of new home/onsite builder sales experience required, preferably in a management capacity Ability to multi-task, recognize deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, communication and social skills Excellent command of MS Office Bonus points
Experience with JDE, Eloqua, Oracle Sale Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite preferred Marketing experience with print, web, and social media preferred Be yourself. We want it that way.
