Job DescriptionThe Content & Product Marketing Manager will contribute to the development of content across the full buyers' journey, from thought leadership/brand building to bottom-of-funnel sales collateral pieces. The Content & Product Marketing Manager will work closely with other members of the marketing team as well as teams across Appcast, including product development, sales, strategy and customer success, to ensure that our products are positioned effectively in the market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, extensive collaboration, and creative execution. This person will be a key contributor to our marketing team as they support Appcast's aggressive growth goals and transform how great companies find great talent. Job ResponsibilitiesOwn case studies and testimonials - Identify potential testimonials and case study sources, interview customers to collect relevant details, and write the case studies/craft testimonials for customer review and signoff. Contribute to collateral development - Develop market-facing materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks) with strong value messaging and storytelling; create sales materials including external one pagers and internal training materials; Content asset lifecycle management - across all forms of content, manage repositories of materials (Content Library, Mindtickle & Sharepoint) and sunset when required. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Product, Platform, Strategy and Sales to build deep product knowledge and leverage in marketing strategies and campaigns Contribute to the development of a full-funnel content strategy that drives engagement and leads across all channels Collaborate with internal and external design resources as well as subject matter experts Assess the effectiveness of the product marketing programs, tools (G2), and technology (Mindtickle) that support Appcast's GTM efforts on an ongoing basis Understand our customers' problems and needs; assist with developing and then continuously evolving our buyer personas; use data to inform decisions. QualificationsExperience creating compelling content for sales teams (sales collateral) as well as experience developing content for use across various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, and social media. Strong writing and editing skills are required - samples will be requested Experience developing/contributing to Go To Market plans for new/enhanced products Demonstrated excellence collaborating cross-functionally with team members across a matrixed organization Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneously Editorial mindset that seeks to continuously understand what resonates best with our audience and the best content type/channel for communicating it Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience crafting presentations and collateral in a variety of mediums High level of positive energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment; must be a self-starter with strong time management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Ability to develop a project plan, create reasonable project scopes and set reasonable deadlines for those involved; manages projects to on time completion with quality goals met. Awareness of /interest in HR tech industry preferred Ability to edit videos preferred but not required Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business management or similar is preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in marketing role at a B2B company Travel RequirementsOccasional travel may be required for this position.Expected Salary Range: $78,500-$130,500Additional InformationAppcast recognized as one of Inc Magazine's "Best Workplaces" for 2024!
