Additionally, as part of our mission we’ve donated over $27 million across social impact programs to learners and educators.As a Lifecycle Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract and retain customers through email marketing and SMS campaigns. They will work closely with the product team to align growth marketing strategies with go-to-market plans, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) that will drive a cohesive customer experience from acquisition to long-term retentionThis role is based in our Mountain View, CA office and is hybrid in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.What You'll Do: Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition retention to drive growth for our SaaS business. Partner with Email/SMS channel leads to optimize our customer acquisition, nurture and member communications that will grow membership and customer LTV.  Segment target audiences and personalize communication strategies to cater to different customer needs and enhance the relevance of our messaging. Collaborate with the Product team to analyze customer data identify patterns and opportunities to grow Study.com’s member base through conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing initiatives.  Create and execute go-to-market strategies that ensure a seamless introduction of new features and products to the market. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to refine and scale successful marketing campaigns. Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships within the company, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals. Ability to create revenue forecasts and strategic plans to achieve growth targets What You'll Bring to the Role: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention strategies Demonstrated experience with scaled CRO testing Hands on experience with email (esp), SMS and lifecycle marketing platforms  Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in people management and team development. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with product teams and other stakeholders. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive marketing strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 per year.
