Senior Full Stack Web Developer

You will have the opportunity to work with a great team and have the autonomy to propose and drive your solutions in collaboration with others.What you'll doBuild easy-to-use and performant websites serving multiple partners across marketing and designTake full ownership of backend services, including responsibility for deploys, monitoring, debugging, and overall reliability. Propose solutions for potential improvements.Work at all levels of the stack with a concentration on the backend. Work with Node.JS, Next.JS and Heroku servicesParticipate in the full development lifecycle, including estimation, design, development, testing, and deploymentServe as a lead and mentor to the existing web engineering teamReview and respond to operational issues, escalating as necessaryWho you areEngineer with 5+ years of experienceWilling to learn new technologies and apply them in fast-paced environmentExperience with Node.JS, Next.JS is a plusFamiliar with standard web technology, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactPassionate about software engineering best practices, including agile development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, debugging, and troubleshooting.Experience leading a project from start to finishDemonstrated critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsCan balance many simultaneous projects, and thrive in fast-paced environmentsExperience in areas such as CI/CD, build systems, test infrastructure, performance measurement and optimization.Nice to have:Experience in Heroku and github actionsExperience with headless CMSAirtable is an equal opportunity employer.
