Overview:

The Marketing Specialist for Brightview Senior Living will provide marketing and copywriting support to our Brightview communities, assisting with our lead generation and occupancy goals, communications strategy, recruitment, and the organization's continued growth. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of marketing and copywriting experience, be detail-oriented, be excellent at setting and managing schedules and campaigns, and be able to think strategically



Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns such as email, direct mail, digital campaigns, events, print collateral, traditional media, and more for prospect and recruitment marketing
  • Partner with the Marketing Communications Manager to support internal and external content strategy and planning and oversee content development for blogs, marketing materials, prospect communications, website, media relations, video, and social media to boost brand reputation.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relations with our marketing team, ad agency, sales team, HR, and Brightview community associates liaison between the ad agency and sales.
  • Oversee and review marketing requests from regional sales teams to ensure all necessary information is included for internal marketing and ad agency assignments.
  • Review all creative files received from the agency for accuracy and collaborate with the Regional Director of Sales for approval.
  • Review project costs with the Regional Director of Sales for approval.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaigns.
  • Manage requests for community signage, including new A-frame signs, banners, flags, and directional signage.
  • Participate in tactics calls with Marketing and the Regional Director of Sales.
  • Manage marketing promotional items vendor to include processing orders and invoices.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent between print and digital on projects requested from the sales team.
  • Request changes in community media plans as needed.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or another related field is required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in marketing, public relations, advertising, and/or communications role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite HubSpot, CRM Systems, Email Marketing Platforms.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including being highly proficient in AP Style. Writing requirements are required.
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
