Paid Media & Analytics Intern (Summer 2025)

The Paid Media & Analytics Intern collaborates with Paid Media Buyers, SEO Specialists and Digital Analytics Analysts to track, implement, and analyze digital media campaigns. Daily tasks include coordinating creative asset trafficking, assist building and maintenance of digital campaigns, creating media flow charts, actualizing media spends, pulling data, formatting data and assisting dashboard builds.
Responsibilities: Assist in developing media flowcharts
from approved media plans, actualizing monthly spend and participating in monthly reconciliation reviews before submitting to the media buyer for approval. Collaborate with the analytics team to build and maintain dashboards,
format reports, and clean data for accurate reporting. Support the media buyer in the trafficking of media assets . Assist in pre-launch campaign quality assurance (QA) and conduct daily QA checks
in media platforms; promptly flag any campaign delivery issues to the media buyer. Establish and maintain naming conventions
for campaigns and creative executions, ensuring campaign consistency for the creative and paid media teams. Generate UTM tracking codes for ad units
as part of the campaign setup process. Monitor and review cross-channel campaign performance , providing insights to the team. Contribute to an assigned interns project
to develop practical experience. Perform other duties as assigned
to support the paid media and analytics team.
Qualifications:
Ability to work 24-40 hours per week Located within traveling distance of our Harrisburg, PA facility and available to work onsite or remotely as needed Experience using Excel and/or Google Analytics Completion of college courses in analytics, digital marketing or other related subjects Hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest) This internship position is paid and is eligible for college credit. It is the intern's responsibility to coordinate with their academic institution to arrange for credit. We will provide any necessary documentation and evaluations required by your college or university.
