Social Producer (Project Manager)

As Marketing Project Manager, your goal is to drive efficient process to achieve brand and business goals. You will be responsible for moving projects forward by overseeing the timeline and milestones from inception to final delivery. You will be a champion for strong communication and collaboration and will hold teams accountable by re-enforcing decisions, remaining hawkish on deadlines and clearly communicating and tracking next steps to the cross-functional team. To start, this role's primary focus will be across social and influencer team to drive a cohesive strategy and execute against its vision. You'll work closely with the social team, and with brand, creative, media, legal/business affairs, and agencies. You'll partner with analytics and media leads to report on learnings. There will also be an operations component to the role where you'll manage and track budgets. Overall, you will connect the dots from strategy to delivery to ensure the content delivers on its promise.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing projects & social/influencer content from brief through execution.
- Collaborate with the social leads and stakeholders to prioritize briefs.
- Connect-the-dots across the internal team and agency partners by promoting and enabling strong communication between teams.
- Act as the central point-of-contact including maintaining project status report, and articulating next steps for cross functional teams.
- Own ongoing prioritization and content review meetings with internal teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between production team and agency partner to define deliverables and assign ownership for content creation.
- Identify problems before they materialize, escalate risk and decisions to leadership when necessary, and provide solutions.
- Provide process recommendations for optimizing and simplifying workflow.
- Manage and track budgets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 year project management experience in marketing (social media experience preferred).
- Strong communication with a collaborative, positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to simplify complex work streams.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $60/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
