More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.Position SummaryAustin, Texas, USA (Hybrid) Thales is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is responsible of developing and supporting the execution of the marketing mix of their Product Line throughout its lifecycle in support of the Product Line's business ambitions and objectives. In this role, you will be focused on the Workforce Identity & Access Management product line.This position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check. Qualified candidates with criminal history will be considered and are not automatically disqualified, consistent with applicable federal law, state law (the California Fair Chance Act), and local ordinances (San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and Los Angeles County's Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers).Key Areas of Responsibility Responsible for the development of the product line's value proposition (including key differentiation messages) and winning competitive positioning.Must be able to lead research and analysis leveraging market data to better understand customers' behaviors and triggers for effective customer engagement.Must be able to define and orient the content development plan, in support of campaigns and customer engagement objectives to enable sales.Responsible for development of content enabling sales (white papers, blogs, videos, webinars, digital experience, etc.)Work and collaborate with different teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or equivalent area of relevance.5+ years of experience in a marketing role at a B2B technology company; ideally with marketing experience in IAM or Access ManagementAt least 3 years of experience in developing creative product-related content across different types of media.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational skills in planning and meeting deadlines.Demonstrable experience of translating complex technical concepts into simple communication.Experience identifying potential campaign themes based on product value and differentiators.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate many teams across the world.If you're excited about working with Thales, but not meeting the requirements for this position, we encourage you to join our Talent Community!Special Position RequirementsSchedule: May require interaction with international colleagues at unconventional hours.Travel: Ability to travel up to twice per quarter, on the average.Physical Demands: Occasional booth duties at events like exhibitions or conferences.What We OfferThales provides an extensive benefits program for all full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week and their eligible dependents, including the following: •Elective Health, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Voluntary Life and AD&D, Whole Group Life w/LTC, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident Insurance, Legal Plan, Identity Theft, and Pet Insurance.•Retirement Savings Plan after 30 days of employment with a company contribution and a match, and with no vesting period. •Company paid holidays and Paid Time Off. •Company provided Life Insurance, AD&D, Disability, Employee Assistance Plan, and Well-being Program.
