DescriptionWe are inviting applications for the role of VP Marketing in the Private Equity industry, to be based in West Palm Beach, Florida. The key function of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, with a focus on driving business growth. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the development and success of our business. Responsibilities include:• Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.• Identifying market opportunities and designing digital marketing strategies to enhance market share and drive revenue growth.• Utilizing data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.• Overseeing the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and positioning in the market.• Ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.• Developing and executing overall lead generation and digital promotional marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, Social, and Affiliate Marketing.• Producing extensive reports on the performance of all marketing channels to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities to diversify channels.• Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.• Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.• Monitoring expenses and evaluating the ROI of marketing activities.• Managing additional projects that advance the Marketing department’s strategic goals.Requirements• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Private Equity industry• Expertise in Cloud Technologies, CRM, Facebook Insights, GMail• Proven track record in increasing Brand Awareness• Extensive experience in Budget Processes, Campaign Planning, and Collateral Management• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal• Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies and tools including Google Ad and Google Analytics• Knowledge and understanding of Digital Media trends and innovations• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a diverse team• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field• Ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost company visibility and profitability• Strong analytical skills to assess data, market trends, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary focus on strategic objectives• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete employment application, submit to a background investigationJob typePerm
