We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UX Manager to lead our talented team in designing exceptional experiences for these critical customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of UX initiatives for Walmart Business, focusing on account-related experiences. Use data-driven insights and user research to inform design strategies and decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders, to deliver user-centered solutions tailored to the unique needs of B2B users. Lead with confidence in ambiguous environments, making sound decisions and guiding the team through uncertainty. Present design strategies, concepts, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of UX investments. Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Provide guidance, feedback, and career development opportunities for team members. Scale the team effectively to meet the demands of a growing business. Design Excellence

Oversee end-to-end design processes, ensuring seamless and scalable account and membership management experiences for businesses of all sizes, from single-owner shops to enterprise and government entities. Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency across all touchpoints. Leverage metrics, analytics, and testing results to continuously iterate and improve designs. Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and methodologies, and implement best practices within the team. Qualifications

Leadership

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward a common vision. Experience building, managing, and scaling design teams. Experience

At least 8-10 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Proven success in designing for complex workflows. Experience in eCommerce and B2B design environments strongly preferred. Skills

Ability to navigate and lead in ambiguous environments with clarity and confidence. Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and measurable business impact. Expertise in using data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure success. Proficiency in user research, interaction design, and usability testing. Proficiency with design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 7 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
