Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education, and retail operations. Internal Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance engagement with students, parents & administrators. Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, ensuring transparent and consistent communication with parents, teachers, and students. Content Development: Create and manage communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and social media content, to keep students, parents & administrators informed and engaged. Feedback Mechanisms: Establish channels for feedback from students, parents & administrators to continually improve communication strategies and address concerns effectively. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Aramark and the district to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts across the organization. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, web-based sites, editing, and videography. Project Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, requiring strong time management and multi-tasking skills. Organizational Savvy: Ability to engage with multiple levels within the account, representing a big-picture, business-oriented view of development. Dealing with Ambiguity: Assess situations, identify key players, set action plans, and deliver results. Business Analysis: Track, analyze, and present results from focus group collaboration and survey feedback. Results-oriented: Analytical skills and strategic thinking are essential; accountable for achieving the region's financial goals through collaboration with the operations team. Strategic Agility: Align with the district team to effectively communicate programs, promotions & services. Conduct Marketing Research and Data Collection: Focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development/research, competitive pricing analysis. Strategic Planning, Innovation, and Creativity: Develop Marketing Plans and new strategies for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Sales Support: Develop and execute annual campaigns, including oral and written presentations, to various target groups. Support Business Development with Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, sales presentations, and Client Business Reviews (CBRs). Marketing: Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, and social media marketing. Build Relationships: Foster connections with clients, organization department heads, and community groups. Qualifications

Requires at least 2 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience. Requires people management experience for at least 1-2 direct reports. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing. A proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment of implemented programs. A demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction skills. Must be able to efficiently utilize social media and MS Office products to accomplish work tasks. Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
